Exchange & Return Policy

Here’s how our exchange and return process works:

• You’re welcome to check your order before accepting it — make sure everything looks and fits just right.
  If you’re not happy, no worries! You can return it right away with the delivery agent.

• Need a different size? ✨
  You can request a size exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order — as long as the size you need is available.

• If your order includes more than one item, please note that we can only accept full returns — not partial ones.

• Once your order is confirmed or if you decide not to receive it, the shipping fee will still need to be paid to the delivery agent.

•  Each order can be exchanged one time only.
